These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pa668 ("pa668", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the pa668 website located at pa668.org, including all sub-pages, products, services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

By accessing the pa668 platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

pa668 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active pa668 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process on pa668, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani contact number. You further agree to promptly update your account information should any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your pa668 username and password.
• All activities and transactions that occur under your pa668 account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying pa668 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that you log out of your pa668 account fully after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

pa668 will never contact you by telephone, email, or live chat to request your password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pa668 support immediately.

pa668 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct as detailed in Section 8 of these Terms.

pa668 supports a range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, and cash over-the-counter options. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the pa668 cashier section and are subject to change at pa668's discretion.

Deposits: All funds deposited into your pa668 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pa668 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Deposits made via Pakistani mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and Raast typically reflect in your pa668 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

All transactions on pa668 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pa668 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges which are beyond pa668's control.

pa668 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and reload bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all pa668 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Each pa668 bonus is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

The following general betting conditions apply across all pa668 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pa668 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager except in circumstances where a clear technical error has occurred on pa668's part.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, pa668 will refer to its game logs to determine the outcome. The decision of pa668, informed by the game provider's records, shall be final.
• pa668 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing or odds error has occurred. Players will be notified and their stake returned in such circumstances.
• For sports betting markets, pa668 follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). Any subsequent amendments to official results after settlement will not normally affect the original settlement unless otherwise stated.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with pa668 games or betting markets without express written authorisation from pa668.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage on pa668.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate the outcome of any pa668 game or sports betting market.
• Using pa668 for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or any other activity that violates applicable law.

pa668 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any funds in an account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending the outcome of a formal investigation. pa668's decision following a completed investigation shall be final and binding.

All content on the pa668 platform, including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, user interface design, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of pa668 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pa668 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any pa668 content in any medium without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any pa668 software or game code.
• Use the pa668 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the pa668 website on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of pa668 intellectual property may result in legal action including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa668 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pa668 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, server downtime, or telecommunications disruptions outside pa668's reasonable control.
• Gambling losses resulting from informed and voluntary wagering decisions made by the player.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial institutions, including but not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their pa668 account credentials.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information provided on the pa668 platform that does not constitute formal financial, legal, or professional advice.

In circumstances where pa668 is found to be liable despite the foregoing limitations, pa668's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pa668 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pa668 is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered players. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by the pa668 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering on pa668, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

pa668 does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (e.g., KYC verification providers, payment processors) solely for the purposes of operating and securing the pa668 platform.

pa668 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a material change, pa668 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the pa668 platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where an immediate change is required by law or for security reasons.

Your continued use of the pa668 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pa668 and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

The current, binding version of these Terms is always the version published at pa668.org/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which pa668 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and pa668, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. pa668 is committed to resolving player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently. The majority of disputes can be resolved through our 24/7 live support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. Details of the applicable ADR body and licensing authority are available on request from pa668 support.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or waived by agreement.
